You can use it to convert DVD to VCD or SVCD image, then you may burn the image to VCD or SVCD with CD burning software ( Nero Burning or Roxio Easy CD Creator recommended).

Flash DVD Ripper supports choosing different languages and subtitles available on your DVD-disc. And the output video may be set to NTSC or PAL.

Flash DVD Ripper supports converting video with three selecting ways: select all the disc, select chapters, select a clip with start and end point. When selecting start and end point, Flash DVD Ripper offers a preview window for direct vision.

Step 2, Click the "Open DVD..." button to open the DVD movie.
Step 3, Set the output format to VCD.
Step 4, Click the button "..." from the "Save As" column to set a file name. The file may be ISO or BIN according to your choice.
Step 5, Click the button "Convert...".
Step 6, If you want to convert all the chapters, set the radio button to "All Chapters", otherwise, please set it to "Select Chapters", then click the button "Select..." to enter the window for selecting chapters for converting.
Step 7, After the above steps, click the button "Convert", it will start converting.

Besides ISO file, you may also set the output to BIN/CUE file when converting DVD to VCD or SVCD. You need only click the button "..." to save as "BIN/CUE". The result will include 2 files with extension ".bin" and ".cue". Some cd burning software will support burning BIN/CUE file as VCD/SVCD, but not all cd burning software supports it, this format is not as popular as ISO.
