JK Joystick Control has full access to joystick data: x,y position, button states, rudder, throttle and coolie hat position. It's very easy to use because it has got several events that fire when the joystick is moved or a button state has changed.
It's is quite difficult to get data from the joystick (current direction, pressed buttons etc.) in VB. JK Joystick Control simplifies this programming problem extremly. You can place it on a form and that's it. The control provides all values you will need. Additionally it fires events when a button changes its state.
