Example:
Bob has to get a marketing proposal to his Boss by 4pm. Bob has a PowerPoint presentation, a couple of word documents and he has a couple of excel documents going over sales figures. Bob doesn't want to use the basic zip file because it's unprofessional and you are unable to work out which file is which! So Bob decides to use Mobsoft Project Presenter.

Bob firstly selects a theme for his PP file to make it look professional, next he enters the title for his project "XYZ Marketing Proposal", then he enters his passwords, a password to view the files and a password to save the files, next he adds the company logo, then he adds a welcome message and an overview of the Marketing Proposal, finally he adds his files with up to a paragraph description of what each file is.

He clicks on finish, creates a self-extracting executable and then sends it to his Boss, on time and completely professional.
