AIM Logger is a parental control and employee monitoring utility that intercepts all messages sent through a popular internet paging program AIM and saves their copies to a file on the local hard drive.

Because the conversations are stored on the local hard drive, AIM Logger does not generate any suspicious network activity, so it cannot be detected and blocked by personal firewalls and intrusion detection software. The file containing logs of all messages can later be viewed locally, sent via e-mail to any specified address, printed or saved to a disk.
