Contact Management
SuperPro Client Management's contact management system gives you all the information that you need without hunting for it. SuperPro provides for an unlimited number of Contacts for a Customer. The Data Labels can be changed to fit your company's data needs by simply clicking on the label and entering a new catagory.

Correspondence
SuperPro's documents will help you make that all important first impression a positive one. Your documents will be right the first time and every time. SuperPro comes with templates for Proposals and Estimates and features our Label Generator with three and four inch merged labels. SuperPro archives all your correspondences and allows you to fax or e-mail documents from within the program. SuperPro's merge feature allows for multi company merges for printing or e-mailing form letter promotionals to your customer base.

Customer Orders
SuperPro's Order entry process will streamline this task and insure consistency in your forms. SuperPro's system eliminates the need to enter products ID codes. SuperPro's Account History gives you a comprehensive overview of a customer's activity. Their ordering pattern and an up to date review of their payment status. SuperPro will create spreadsheet commission reports for authorized agents by the week, by the month, and by the year. SuperPro gives you spreadsheet analysis of account histories and shipping logs.

Invoicing
SuperPro's Invoice is attractive and provides for recording of prepayments on the invoices. SuperPro's unique Statement will age your statements in four categories and will insert a reminder of initial terms of the sale. SuperPro provides a Shipped but Not Billed document for items sent on an approval basis.

Automated Inventory
SuperPro's Inventory System is automatically updated when your orders are placed. It will track products sold, quantity on hand and reminds you of the products that you need to buy.

Sales and Product Analysis
SuperPro reviews a product's sales history and gross profits and shows you the percentage of a product's sales to your overall sales. SuperPro gives you a comprehensive overview of your business. It can show you your sales and gross profit margins on a weekly, monthly, or yearly bases.

Asset Depreciation
