It also had to address the need to communicate with other collectors, to exchange records of items held, exchange wish lists, keep track of appointments (or important dates ), and last, but not least, to display their collection to interested parties.

These of course will also aid dealers to communicate with their customers.
A large number of reports are available, some, simply lists - with or in some cases without pictures, where the collection can be sorted in various ways, or giving a full record of any one item, as well as simple accounts and insurance reports.

A database for discerning collectors of Aniques, Art, Books, Coins, Maps, Notes, Stamps, Videos, CD's, DVD's or Photos, that has a very attractive graphical interface, that may be customized. Variously sorted reports are available, as is a slideshow, address book, Appointments & Reminders. Records and Wish Lists may be e-mailed to others who have the same database. This program is identical to The Collectors Crown, however only ONE of the collectors ( selected by the user) can be licenced.
